One colour reigns supreme right now more than ever and that’s green! From sage to emerald and every shade in between; green is everywhere. Some might be overwhelmed about how to incorporate this shade into their own homes, so we thought we’d share some ideas!

Why Green

Several studies have shown that the color green increases feelings of comfort and calm. Green plants in your home can reduce stress, improve your mood, and help you think more creatively. Green reminds us of nature. It’s no wonder this colour is so popular and a great choice for home decor. When it comes to design, green keeps things neutral and goes with almost anything.

Start Small

If you are unsure about using green in a main room, try it in smaller spaces like powder rooms, foyers, or mudrooms.

Shades of Green

Forest green is so versatile, timeless and bold. The only greens you want to avoid are shades like lime green, bright grassy green or neon green.

Green Furniture & Accessories

Try incorporating green with a single piece of furniture or accent pillows mixed with beige and cream neutrals. We love green millwork, accent walls, throws, and accessories like vases, bowls and candlesticks.
